Sadas Engine Free Trial Developer Version License is provided free of charge for trial purposes.
The license is limited to 1 server / 1 database / 10 tables / unlimited records/ 2 concurrent users.
There is no warranty associated with such license. The provision of product updates through hot fixes is discretional and may be provided by SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com. This license must not be used for commercial purposes.
It is mandatory to register the customer details with SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com.

By purchasing an “Application Limited License”, SADAS Srl grants the user a license limited to the use of the data belonging to one specific application on a server instance running Sadas Engine.
Under this license, you are permitted to use the current version provided by SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com only to manage data related to one specific application.
For one year from the date of purchase you are permitted to download any hot fixes/minor version updates for the purchased version, provided by SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com.
After the first year, a Maintenance Service may be purchased via the website www.sadasengine.com (see below).
It is mandatory to register the customer application and server details with SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com.

By purchasing an “Open License”, SADAS Srl grants the user a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use Sadas Engine for commercial use. A license is purchased for each server instance running Sadas Engine.
Under this license, you are permitted to use the current version provided by SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com. For one year from the date of purchase you are permitted to download any hot fixes/minor version updates for that version, provided by SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com. After the first year, a Maintenance Service may be purchased via the website www.sadasengine.com (see below). It is mandatory to register the customer and server details with SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com.

The warranty associated with license purchases is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase, after which the “Open” or the “Application Limited” Licensees can purchase an annual “Maintenance Service”. The annual “Maintenance Service” allows them to download hot fixes/minor version updates for the purchased version. Fixes and updates are released by SADAS Srl via the website www.sadasengine.com.
The provision of updates to new version is discretional.

When a new version is released, SADAS Srl will continue to provide support and critical/security fixes for the previous version for at least 12 months after the release of the new version. After this time, fixes will be supplied on a discretionary basis.

If you wish to run an “Open License” or an “Application Limited License” on a Development or on an Acceptance or on a Back-up server as well as your Production server, you will need to purchase a second copy and license that server too.

Under certain circumstances, SADAS Srl will allow you to transfer an “Open License” or an “Application Limited License” to a third party.
Please note that a transfer fee is applicable for managing the license transfer. Contact SADAS Srl for details.
Such transfers can only be achieved by having the current license holder notify SADAS Srl of the transfer and providing all the details of the new owner. SADAS Srl will then assign that license to the new owner and the new owner will be able to manage the license under their own online services account.
The “Free Trial license” cannot be transferred.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using Sadas Engine. All rights of any kind in Sadas Engine which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by SADAS Srl. You may not rent, lease, modify, reverse engineer, translate, decompile, disassemble Sadas Engine. You are not permitted to commercialize derivative works of Sadas Engine without a written agreement signed by the respective owners, authors and copyright holders of Sadas Engine. ALL ACCOMPANYING FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS, ARE DISTRIBUTED “AS IS” AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT. ANY LIABILITY OF SADAS Srl WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SADAS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS PRINCIPALS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE USE OF SADAS ENGINE, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SADAS Srl. IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT DOES SADAS AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE SADAS ENGINE IN APPLICATIONS OR SYSTEMS WHERE SADAS ENGINE’S FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL INJURY, OR IN LOSS OF LIFE. ANY SUCH USE BY YOU IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD SADAS Srl HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES RELATING TO SUCH UNAUTHORIZED USE. YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED FROM CHARGING, OR REQUESTING DONATIONS, FOR ANY COPIES, HOWEVER MADE, AND FROM DISTRIBUTING SUCH COPIES WITH OTHER PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND, COMMERCIAL OR OTHERWISE, WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM SADAS Srl. SADAS Srl RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THE ABOVE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY OR NO REASON.
